The FQAI is the only foundation in the department of Quindío that provides empowerment, training or comprehensive care services for social and labor inclusion to groups with cognitive disabilities or vulnerable populations.

We have comprehensive care programs in training skills for life and autonomy, physical, sports, recreational and cultural development for the population with cognitive or intellectual disabilities.
vocational development
Labor inclusion is made visible since the beneficiaries are educated at a theoretical-practical level through the handling of different tools for the manufacture of products that involve the use of the skills acquired. Such as an agricultural training workshop, a vocational workshop for Cocodamias (coconut and macadamia truffles) and a vocational workshop for cleaning products and cosmetics.
